We are the LeBlanc family from Loon Lake, BC. We take pride in raising top-quality beef and chicken with care and passion. Despite the challenges of Covid, we started this business, which has grown beyond our expectations. We have recently expanded to include another family and now offer pasture-raised chicken along with our grass-finished beef.

Grass-Finished Beef
Our grass-finished beef is raised from birth to slaughter on our ranch. We take pride in ensuring that our animals are raised in a humane and sustainable manner, with plenty of open pasture to roam and graze freely.
We believe in the importance of a natural diet for our cattle, which is why we prioritize a grass-finished approach. This means that our cattle are exclusively grass-fed, resulting in beef that is not only flavorful but also full of nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids.
By choosing our grass-finished beef, you can trust that you are supporting ethical and environmentally friendly practices. Our commitment to quality and sustainability means that you can savour our beef with the knowledge that it has been raised with care every step of the way.
Pasture-Raised Chicken
Our pasture-raised chickens are raised in a way that mimics their natural habitat. Our chickens live outdoors on pasture and we provide shelter so that they can take cover in the event of a storm or predator attack. Since we have thousands of chickens, we use a mobile shelter, fencing, and water system that fits the size of our operation. We believe this creates a natural, healthy ecosystem that allows our poultry to express their instinctive behaviours. We use our mobile coops to move the chickens to fresh grass every day, which is a regenerative agricultural practice. They are free to roam, scratch, and peck in the pasture, which also helps improve the soil.
In addition to foraging, our chickens have access to high-quality feed that is 100% vegetable-based (free of soy and corn), and they are not given hormones or antibiotics. Our goal is to provide the healthiest and most nutrient-dense chicken for our customers.
Both our chickens and beef are processed in a small, family-owned, government-inspected facility in British Columbia.
